The MG series magnet drive gear pumps are compact, precision-engineered pumps designed for high-tech applications.
The MG300 series is specifically crafted to ensure accurate and consistent delivery, irrespective of the fluid temperature.
The seal-less design, utilizing magnetic transmission for rotation, guarantees a leak-proof product. Static seals are offered in EPDM, NBR, PTFE™, Silicon, or Viton to ensure optimal chemical compatibility with a diverse array of fluids.
The housing of the gear pump and its internal metal components are constructed from AISI 316 L stainless steel, while the gears and bushings are made from PEEK™ or PTFE™. Additional materials, along with a variety of driving magnets, are also available.
NSF certified gear pumps suitable for potable water or fluids intended for human consumption are also offered. During operation, the MG300 series pumps operate quietly, free from pulsations, and can manage relatively high-temperature liquids up to 120 °C (248°F) with a low coefficient of expansion.
The pump is capable of delivering a flow range from 20 to 250 l/h (5 to 66 GPH) and can achieve pressures up to 15 bar (218 psi).
